  Allow me to explain what good service looks like, if you really can't serve breakfast food to customers in any faster than 45 minutes per order:
  
  1: Tell your customers as they order, and so manage their expectations and allow them to decide whether they're content with that;
  2: If the situation develops, take note of order running past the 30 minute make and pro-actively go to those tables and offer them a free hot drink and biscuit/snack.
  3: Apologise when you actually bring the food rather than ignoring it.
  
  Maybe then you may get fewer single-star reviews of average food delivered poorly for a high markup?
